Church Software Built by Ministers for Ministry Growth
Connect My Church was built by ministry leaders who understand the pressure of caring for people while managing websites, communication, follow-up, giving, events, sermons, and outreach.
We believe technology should support discipleship, not distract from it. That is why CMC exists: to help churches replace disconnected tools with connected ministry systems that make it easier to reach people, follow up well, communicate clearly, and move guests toward lifelong discipleship.
We are not just a church software company. We are a ministry technology partner built to serve local churches today while developing tools that can support the global mission field tomorrow.

Church Software with a Mission
Most churches are not lacking care. They are working with systems that make care harder to organize. A guest visits once, but the follow-up process is unclear. A ministry leader needs to communicate with a group, but the contact information is scattered. A sermon is preached, but it is hard to find online later. An event creates interest, but there is no simple pathway for registration, reminders, and follow-up. Connect My Church was created to solve those real ministry problems. Our work includes church management software, church website design, communication tools, guest follow-up systems, giving tools, event management, sermon libraries, done-for-you marketing services, custom app development, and future Global Kingdom Impact Tools. The goal is not more technology. The goal is better ministry systems that help churches care for people more consistently.
Why Wes Started Connect My Church
Connect My Church was founded by Wes Woodell, a church planter and ministry leader with more than 20 years of ministry experience. After years of working in and around local churches, Wes saw the same problem again and again: church leaders deeply cared about people, but their systems made it too easy for guests, members, volunteers, and ministry opportunities to slip through the cracks. Churches were often paying for multiple tools that did not work well together. Staff and volunteers were stretched thin. Guest follow-up was inconsistent. Websites were outdated. Communication was scattered. Leaders wanted to make disciples, but too much time was being lost to disconnected technology. Wes launched Connect My Church to give churches a more practical path forward — affordable church software, strong websites, clear communication systems, and ministry support built by people who understand the local church from the inside.
Meet the People Behind the Platform
Our mission-driven approach comes from a team that understands both ministry and technology. Connect My Church brings together ministers, strategists, developers, and systems builders who want to create tools that serve the church rather than distract from it.

We Build for Ministers, Not Just Managers
That means we build tools that help churches:
- Follow up with guests before the moment is lost.
- Communicate clearly with members, groups, and volunteers.
- Manage giving, events, sermons, forms, and ministry workflows.
- Keep staff and volunteers working from one connected system.
- Use websites, SEO, and marketing to support outreach.
- Build custom ministry technology when off-the-shelf tools are not enough.
- Support global Bible study and discipleship tools through the growth of CMC.
We believe church technology should be clear, affordable, practical, and connected to real ministry outcomes.
The A.B.C.D. Flywheel Shapes How We Build
Connect My Church is built around the A.B.C.D. Flywheel, our framework for helping churches think through the full ministry journey.
- In the Attraction stage, churches need websites, SEO, social media, events, ads, and outreach systems that help people discover the church.
- In the Belonging stage, churches need guest follow-up, communication tools, forms, reminders, and clear next steps that help visitors feel seen and invited back.
- In the Connection stage, churches need events, groups, giving tools, volunteer systems, and communication workflows that help people participate in the life of the church.
- Discipleship stage, churches need sermons, classes, resources, Bible study tools, and ministry pathways that help people grow deeper in faith and service.
We build church software and ministry systems around that full journey — not just around a database.
Flat pricing. No per-user fees.
Real ministry tools designed as true church management software rather than corporate CRMs repackaged for churches.
Deep integration between communication, giving, sermons, and outreach.
Built-in automations so you don’t need a tech team.
Powered by a mission to spread the gospel globally.
Local Church Tools with a Global Mission
Connect My Church serves local churches today while also investing in future tools for global kingdom impact. As CMC grows, part of the long-term vision is to develop Bible study and discipleship technology for missionaries, church planters, under-resourced churches, and believers in places where internet access, theological resources, or trained leaders may be limited. That vision includes future tools such as offline Bible study devices, repurposed smartphones with Bible study software, and AI-powered Bible study assistants designed around trusted resources. Every church that partners with CMC helps support a ministry technology company with both a local and global mission.
How We Approach Building Church Software
We believe ministry-centered technology requires more than clean interfaces and modern code. It requires listening to the people who actually use the tools. Our process begins by understanding how churches function day to day: how guests are welcomed, how leaders communicate, how events are managed, how sermons are shared, how giving is handled, and how people are invited into deeper discipleship. Then we build systems that are simple enough for real church teams to use and strong enough to support growth. Churches do not need technology that feels like a corporate CRM with ministry words added later. They need tools that feel familiar, approachable, and purpose-driven.
